How to use this tool

Plan the floor and tile quantity

Draw rooms by clicking each corner and returning to the first, upload a floor plan, or add rectangular rooms. Correct the numbered wall lengths, set tile and grout sizes, then compare layouts.

Worked example

For a 3 m by 4 m room, enter 3,000 mm and 4,000 mm for its walls and choose a 600 mm tile. The live plan and purchase estimate update when you change the tile size or reserve.

What the estimate excludes

Tile totals include the chosen reserve, but do not design the substrate, movement joints, obstructions or highly irregular cuts. Confirm these on site with an installer.
